Job title: Restaurant Manager
Location: Groblersbrug
Salary: R15 000 – R18 000
Live-in position / Accommodation provided
Job Duties:
- Manage the entire service operation of the restaurant
- Create and maintain relationships with guests in the restaurant
- Conduct daily meetings and handovers with staff
- Handle staff rostering
- Maintain and achieve restaurant targets
- Conduct monthly stock takes
Requirements:
- Micros System experience required
- 3 years’ experience in a management position in a Restaurant / Hotel
- Polite and friendly person with a strong personality that can think on their feet
- Well-spoken and well-presented individual
- Strong leader who can oversee employees
- Grade 12
- Computer literate
- Formal hospitality degree/diploma preferable
