Your responsibilities will include:
- Serve as the primary liaison between internal & external stakeholders, clients and the Advertising team.
- Create advertising proposals to drive strategic objectives
- Generate campaign cost estimates (CEs) and oversee the invoicing process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in financial transactions.
- Generate regular performance reports, analyse data trends, and provide actionable insights to clients for informed decision-making.
- Collaborate with various creative, analytics, and campaign management teams to ensure seamless campaign execution and alignment with client objectives.
- Provide actionable, insightful reporting to Advertisers with suggestions for future campaigns
- Achieve and exceed advertising revenue targets
- Identify opportunities to improve the experience of the advertiser.
- Developing and managing long term partnerships with key national restaurant brands and act as their primary point of contact for Advertising.

- Strong proficiency in Google Workspace
- Strong knowledge of the Restaurant Industry
Qualifications and Experience: - Bachelor’s Degree or Advanced Diploma in Marketing, Advertising or Media
- Minimum 5 years Advertising Account Management experience or 3 years Digital Account Management experience.
- If the Degree/Advanced Diploma qualification requirement isn’t met, 6+ years’ experience in a digital/advertising account management role in digital marketing, advertising or similar environment with Matric/Diploma.
- Experience in advertising and media sales within the Restaurant Industry
- Strong knowledge of the Digital Advertising & e-commerce landscape.
