Job Description

  • A Sales Representative is responsible for promoting and selling a company's products or services to existing and prospective customers.
  • They build and maintain strong customer relationships, identify sales opportunities, achieve sales targets, and represent the company professionally while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell the company's products and services to customers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
  • Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and performance indicators.
  • Follow up on customer inquiries, complaints, and after-sales support.
  • Manage inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment when necessary.
  • Collect customer feedback and provide insights to management.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and ethical sales practices.

Educational Qualifications

  • Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree, Higher National Diploma HND, OND, NCE qualification
  • Additional certifications in Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, or Business Development are an added advantage.

Experience Requirements:

  • 1–3 years of experience in sales, marketing, customer service, or business development entry to mid-level roles.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience in retail, FMCG, telecommunications, or related industries is an advantage.
  • Experience in customer relationship management.
