Responsibilities:
  • Source and onboard quality salaried clients (civil servants & corporate staff)
  • Drive payroll-based loan disbursement and collections
  • Mobilize deposits and grow client portfolios
  • Maintain strong client relationships and ensure repayment performance
  • Meet and exceed assigned sales and recovery targets

Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in payroll lending
  • Must have worked with leading lending institutions such as credit direct limited, renmoney, branch international, fairmoney, MFB or similar
  • Proven track record in loan sales, deposit mobilization, and recovery
  • Strong network within government ministries, agencies, and corporates
  • Excellent sales, negotiation, and communication skills
