Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow sales performance across multiple SADC countries.
  • Develop and manage relationships with country-level distributors and partners.
  • Drive both sell-in and sell-through performance across the region.
  • Set and execute country-specific sales strategies in alignment with regional goals.
  • Manage pricing structures, margins, and commercial agreements per country.
  • Monitor distributor performance, stock levels, and sales forecasts.
  • Identify new market opportunities and expand regional footprint.
  • Coordinate with supply chain and internal teams to ensure stock alignment across borders.
  • Conduct regular regional travel to support distributor and partner engagement.
