About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and reliable Retail Sales & Administration Assistant to join our busy appliance store. This is a fast-paced retail environment where no two days are the same. The ideal candidate must be able to work under pressure while maintaining exceptional attention to detail. Key Responsibilities
• Provide outstanding customer service both in-store and over the phone.
• Assist customers with product enquiries and recommend suitable appliances.
• Process sales accurately and efficiently.
• Prepare quotations, invoices, and other sales documentation.
• Perform daily administrative duties and maintain accurate records.
• Handle customer queries, complaints, and warranty requests professionally.
• Follow up on customer orders and deliveries.
• Work closely with suppliers and delivery teams.
• Ensure all pricing, stock, and paperwork are accurate.
• Assist with stock control, stock counts, and receiving deliveries.
• Keep the showroom clean, organised, and well presented.
• Work efficiently during busy trading periods while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
• Assist with general store operations as required.
Requirements
