Key Responsibilities:
  • First point of contact for client enquiries and lead management
  • Respond to inbound enquiries quickly and professionally
  • Make outbound calls to follow up and nurture leads
  • Qualify buyers and tenants based on requirements
  • Schedule and confirm property viewings and appointments
  • Update and maintain CRM with accurate data
  • Share new listings, pricing updates, and market information
  • Coordinate valuations and listing appointments
  • Liaise with agents, suppliers, and internal teams
  • Manage inboxes and ensure all communications are handled
  • Track lead activity and support performance reporting
What We’re Looking For:
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Confident handling inbound and outbound calls
  • Ability to qualify leads effectively
  • Experience with CRM systems and data entry
  • Highly organised and able to multitask
  • Understanding of sales and lead processes
  • Results-driven and proactive mindset
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Real estate or luxury service experience is an advantage
