JOB DESCRIPTION :
Job Title: Sales Agent
Job Type: Full-time; In-Person/In-Office
Location: Sea Point, Cape Town, South Africa
Salary: R8500 – R10000 per month basic salary (dependant on experience) + Uncapped Commission
Age Requirements: 20-30 years old
Working Hours: (three different shifts on a rotational basis)
10:00 AM – 6:00 PM OR
2:00/3:00 PM – 10:00/11:00 PM OR
6:00/7:00 PM – 2:00/3:00 AM
Working Days: Monday to Friday plus one weekend day (6-Day Work Week)

Key Responsibilities:
- Contact and convert potential clients by promoting financial products
- Understand client needs and provide suitable financial solutions
- Build relationships and close deals confidently and professionally
- Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets
- Stay informed on financial products and industry trends
Requirements:
- Financial sales experience is a must (banking, loans, insurance, debt solutions, etc.)
- Matric (Grade 12) required; further studies in Business, Finance, or Marketing are a plus
- Fluent in English – well-spoken and confident communicator
- A passion for sales and a hunger to exceed targets
- Presentable, professional, and client-focused
- Must be flexible to work day or night shifts and one weekend day per week
- Immediate availability preferred
