Responsibilities:
  • Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities for software development services.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate and SME clients.
  • Manage Sales team members towards driving productivity
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Conduct cold calling, field visits, and client meetings across Lagos and neighbouring states.
  • Represent the company at networking events, tech meetups, exhibitions, and trade fairs.
  • Research market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, sales activities, and customer interactions using CRM tools.
  • Provide weekly and monthly sales and marketing performance reports.
  • Collaborate with the relevant teams to promote company solutions effectively online.


Requirements:
  • Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in sales and marketing, preferably in IT / software / technology services.
  • Proven experience combining digital marketing with traditional sales methods.
  • An articulate presenter
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to generate leads both online and offline.
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools (social media, email marketing, SEO, Google Ads, analytics).
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
  • Good knowledge of the Lagos business environment and corporate market.

  • Number of qualified leads generated monthly
  • Conversion rate from leads to paying clients
  • Growth in online visibility and engagement
