Responsibilities:
- Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities for software development services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate and SME clients.
- Manage Sales team members towards driving productivity
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Conduct cold calling, field visits, and client meetings across Lagos and neighbouring states.
- Represent the company at networking events, tech meetups, exhibitions, and trade fairs.
- Research market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, sales activities, and customer interactions using CRM tools.
- Provide weekly and monthly sales and marketing performance reports.
- Collaborate with the relevant teams to promote company solutions effectively online.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in sales and marketing, preferably in IT / software / technology services.
- Proven experience combining digital marketing with traditional sales methods.
- An articulate presenter
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to generate leads both online and offline.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools (social media, email marketing, SEO, Google Ads, analytics).
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
- Good knowledge of the Lagos business environment and corporate market.
