Sales & Business Development Manager — Tech, SaaS & Software Sales

What you'll own:

  • Full SaaS sales cycle, from prospecting and demos to proposals and close
  • Partnership and distribution strategy for our UK product
  • Supply and demand growth for our European marketplace
  • Account management and upsell across existing clients
  • Pipeline reporting and revenue forecasting
  • Market feedback loop between customers and product team

What we're looking for:

  • 4+ years SaaS sales, software sales, or tech business development experience important
  • Track record closing deals with decision-makers, founders, CTOs, operations leads, or consumers
  • Experience with product-led or consultative sales motions
  • Comfortable running demos, discovery calls, and closing sequences
  • Familiar with CRM tools — HubSpot, Apollo, Pipedrive, or similar
  • International market experience is a strong advantage
