Our client has an opportunity available for a Sales Consultant in the Budget department.

Requirements:

  • Matric
  • SAQA accreditation- essential.
  • Degree or Diploma in Business or Marketing would be advantageous.
  • Full 150 STI credits dependent on DOFA date- essential.
  • Regulatory exam 5 dependant on DOFA date- essential.
  • 1+ year call centre experience- essential.
  • Experience in the Financial Service Industry would be advantageous.

Responsibilities:

  • Make calls to allocated customers to develop new relationships.
  • Set clear objectives for each sales call or meeting.
  • Evaluate customer’s level of interest by asking questions to gather information.
  • Sell customer propositions by influencing customers to make a purchase with the best benefits and solutions.
  • Keep updated with business products and changes in the insurance industry.
