The United Basalt Products Limited is seeking to recruit a Sales & Contracting Supervisor for its Contracting Department.
Key Responsibilities:
The Sales & Contracting Supervisor will be responsible for:
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, contractors, architects, and developers.
- Identifying new business opportunities and promote the company's products and contracting services.
- Preparing quotations, proposals, and provide technical recommendations.
- Conducting site visits and oversee installation activities to ensure quality, safety, and compliance with project requirements.
- Supervising site labor, subcontractors, equipment usage, and material management.
- Coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely project execution and customer satisfaction.
- Maintaining site records and submit regular progress reports.
Candidate Profile
- Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction
- Management, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
- Proven experience in business development, construction, contracting, or site supervision
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship building skills
- Ability to read technical drawings and coordinate site activities
- Valid driving licence
- Computer literate (MS Office)
