Sales Controller / Administrator

Employment Information

Duties include the following:

  • Ensuring that Representatives have high-quality, up-to-date support material
  • Handling urgent correspondence when sales representatives are not available
  • Handling telephonic orders, checking that orders have the correct prices, discounts and product numbers
  • Processing orders, ensuring they are processed according to customer requirements
  • Maintaining filing systems so to maintain sales records, prepare reports and provide financial information to sales departments
The successful candidate will currently reside in the Helderberg or close surrounding area and meet the following requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role
  • Good administrative, organizational and problem solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask in a pressurised environment.
