Role Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to generate new business opportunities and build a qualified sales pipeline for the Business Development team.
The ideal candidate will be confident engaging senior decision-makers, possess excellent communication skills, and thrive in a high-activity outbound sales environment.
You will be responsible for identifying prospective clients, initiating conversations, qualifying opportunities, and booking meetings with HR, Learning & Development, People, and Operational leaders.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys prospecting, is naturally curious, highly organised, and motivated by achieving and exceeding targets.
