Sales Executive Jobs in Zambia – Dana Group of Companies Dana Group of Companies is seeking four dedicated Sales Executives to join our dynamic team across Lusaka, Kitwe, and Ndola, Zambia. These contract positions offer an excellent opportunity for professionals passionate about sales and customer engagement.

As part of our team, you will drive direct sales and provide technical support through product training and guidance, ensuring customers apply our solutions correctly. This role is vital in promoting and managing sales activities within commercial sectors such as civil engineering, construction, transport, and reseller markets.

Key Responsibilities for Sales Executive Jobs in Zambia Sales and Marketing:

  • Proactively solicit new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
  • Verify daily orders, invoices, and goods supplied, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
  • Prepare and submit invoices for approval, as well as requisitions for goods in coordination with the Business Manager.
  • Lead market campaigns promoting lubricant products through educational initiatives, presentations, and demonstrations.
  • Regularly visit customers to assess product performance and communicate updates on pricing and new products.

Product Quality Assurance:

  • Collaborate with the Business Manager to address product waivers, corrections, and non-conformities.
  • Monitor product quality at depots and advise dealers and distributors on policies and operational procedures.

Training:

  • Conduct comprehensive product training sessions for customers, dealers, and forecourt staff to enhance product knowledge.

Credit Control:

  • Promote cash trading terms, ensure clear communication of trading conditions, and oversee timely collection of outstanding debts.
  • Maintain updated records of defaulting customers and perform additional duties as assigned.
  • Qualifications and Skills Required Full Grade 12 Certificate is mandatory.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Sales Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field from an accredited institution; a Master’s degree is advantageous.
  • Minimum of three years proven experience in sales or a related role, demonstrating solid knowledge of sales and marketing processes.
  • Valid driver’s license for both manual and automatic vehicles.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office, and other sales tools.
  • Self-driven with a results-oriented mindset, capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong presentation skills and ability to deliver effective product demonstrations.
