Job Description

  • Drive direct sales of properties to individual + corporate buyers. You’ll handle leads from inquiry to closing, give site tours, and convert prospects into homeowners / investors.

‎Key Responsibilities

  • ‎Sales Conversion: Follow up inbound leads from website, ads, referrals. Achieve monthly unit sales + revenue targets.
  • Client Consultation: Understand client budget, location needs, payment plan preference. Recommend the right property: land, duplex, apartment, commercial.
  • Site Inspection + Tours: Conduct physical/virtual site tours. Explain layout, neighborhood, appreciation potential, payment plans.
  • Closing + Documentation: Guide client through booking, contract signing, initial payment, mortgage facilitation. Handover to Customer Care post-sale.
  • CRM + Reporting: Log all client interactions in CRM. Daily sales activity + weekly pipeline report.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay updated on all estates: location, price, promo, title, delivery timeline. Address objections on title, infrastructure, ROI.

‎Requirements

  • OND / BSc / HND in any field. Real Estate /  Marketing advantage
  • 3 - 5 years sales experience. Real estate or related field
  • Excellent communication + persuasion skills. Must handle objections well
  • Target - driven, disciplined with follow - ups. Willing to do field work / site visits
  • Basic CRM/Excel skills.
