• Develop and implement regional sales plans to achieve company sales objectives.
• Identify, prospect, and convert new customers into long-term business partners.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to maximize retention and repeat business.
• Conduct regular market visits to identify customer needs, market trends, and business opportunities.
• Generate, follow up, and convert sales leads into successful business.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations.
• Negotiate pricing and close sales within approved company guidelines.
• Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Prepare accurate daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
• Monitor competitor activities and provide market intelligence to management.
• Ensure effective product visibility and merchandising across assigned outlets.
• Participate in trade exhibitions, promotional events, and other marketing activities.
• Ensure timely collection of customer payments within agreed credit terms.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the Sales Manager.
