Key responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company objectives.
  • Lead, motivate and manage the sales team to achieve and exceed targets.
  • Set sales targets, monitor performance and provide regular feedback.
  • Identify new business opportunities and drive market expansion.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, reports and budgets. Monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer needs.
  • Ensure excellent customer satisfaction and long-term client retention.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective service delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of sales experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role preferably in the electric vehicle or automotive industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Strong leadership, people management and team development skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical, planning and problem- solving abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Excel, PowerPoint, Word.
  • Proficient driving ability, holding a valid driver's license for more than two years.
  • A background in life insurance sales is preferred.
