Job Summary

  • This time, our client in the Fintech industry is looking for a well-experienced and competent Sales Officer.
  • We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Sales Officer to drive business growth by acquiring and managing high-value B2B and B2C clients.
  • The ideal candidate will identify new market opportunities, build strong client relationships, and support the company’s expansion within the remittance and foreign exchange FX industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive business development and acquire new B2B and B2C clients.
  • Identify market opportunities and develop tailored sales proposals and pricing strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, agents, merchants, and strategic partners.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade fairs, and business engagements.
  • Conduct market and competitor analysis, prepare sales reports, and support go-to-market strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and service delivery.
  • Mentor junior sales staff and contribute to overall sales performance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of proven sales or business development experience, preferably in fintech, banking, financial services, or remittance.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify opportunities and close high-value deals.
  • Target-driven with excellent relationship management skills.
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical and market research abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
