Position: Sales Operations Officer
Location: Blantyre and Lilongwe Breweries
Reports To: Sales and Distribution Managers

Job Purpose

The successful candidate will be responsible for efficient and effective monitoring of route and sales performance by driver/salesmen.

Key Performance Areas

• Debriefing of Driver/Salesmen
• Analysis and appraisal of routes
• Conduct Driver-Sales audits
• Monitor volume and stock levels at outlets
• Maintain up-to-date volume tracking schedules
• Prepare route returns and operational summaries

Required Skills, Competencies & Qualifications

• Minimum of a Diploma in any field
• Certificate in Sales and Marketing with strong emphasis on distribution
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Excellent computer skills
• Willingness to work odd hours and weekends
• Team player
