Employment Information

Responsibilities:
  • Welcome and assist customers in selecting vehicles that suit their needs and budget.
  • Promote and sell new and/or used vehicles while achieving monthly sales targets.
  • Explain vehicle features, specifications, pricing, and financing options to customers.
  • Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives.
  • Follow up with prospective customers to convert inquiries into sales.
  • Prepare sales quotations, invoices, and other required documentation.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and update the sales database.
  • Stay informed about product knowledge, market trends, and competitor offerings.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Collaborate with the finance and after-sales teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Attend sales meetings, promotional events, and exhibitions when required.
  • Perform other duties assigned by management.


Requirements:

  • Minimum of an HND in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of sales experience, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong customer service orientation.
  • Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office applications.
  • A valid driver's license is an added advantage.


Remuneration: NGN  150,000 Monthly
