Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist customers in selecting vehicles that suit their needs and budget.
- Promote and sell new and/or used vehicles while achieving monthly sales targets.
- Explain vehicle features, specifications, pricing, and financing options to customers.
- Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives.
- Follow up with prospective customers to convert inquiries into sales.
- Prepare sales quotations, invoices, and other required documentation.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update the sales database.
- Stay informed about product knowledge, market trends, and competitor offerings.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Collaborate with the finance and after-sales teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Attend sales meetings, promotional events, and exhibitions when required.
- Perform other duties assigned by management.
Requirements:
- Minimum of an HND in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of sales experience, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office applications.
- A valid driver's license is an added advantage.
Remuneration: NGN 150,000 Monthly
