Coptic Hospital is inviting applications from suitably qualified, motivated, and results-driven individuals for the position of Sales Personnel.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and market the hospital’s services to prospective clients, organizations, and partners.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Conduct client visits and presentations where required.
• Follow up on leads, enquiries, and potential business opportunities.
• Achieve set sales and business development targets.
• Prepare and submit regular sales reports.
• Monitor market trends and identify opportunities for growth.
• Represent the hospital professionally at meetings, events, and other promotional activities.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure excellent client service.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Grade 12 Certificate.
• Diploma in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration, or a related field; a degree will be an added advantage.
• Previous experience in sales, marketing, or business development is required.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer-service and relationship-building skills.
• Target-oriented, self-motivated, and results-driven.
• Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must be professional, presentable, honest, and trustworthy.
• Verification of all qualifications by ZAQA is required.
