We are looking for a high-energy Sales Specialist to drive growth for The Viral Lab. Your primary focus will be hunting new leads, pitching our premium short-form content services, and closing deals. You will manage the entire sales cycle while collaborating closely with our production and marketing teams to turn client goals into viral realities.

Key Responsibilities
Close Deals: Identify, qualify, and convert leads into long-term clients.
Pitch & Educate: Conduct client meetings, prepare tailored proposals, and educate brands on how to leverage TikTok and Instagram Reels effectively.
Relationship Management: Maintain a strong pipeline and build lasting relationships with prospective and existing clients.
Report: Track sales performance and share market feedback with the team.
Qualifications
Agency Experience: Proven track record in B2B sales, prospecting, and closing deals specifically within a digital marketing, media, or creative agency environment.
Social Media Native: Deeply passionate about TikTok, Instagram Reels, and trends. You don't just know the platforms; you know how to sell them.
Client Educator: Ability to guide and consult clients on short-form content strategies and best practices.
Pipeline Master: Strong organizational skills to manage multiple leads, track performance, and negotiate terms smoothly.
Team Player: Ready to work on-site in Ennasr 2 and sync daily with our creative production teams.
