Responsibilities

  • Drive revenue growth within assigned territory by identifying and converting opportunities across MIS and ART portfolios
  • Build and maintain strong consultative relationships with healthcare professionals and decision-makers
  • Manage your sales funnel, territory, and forecasts with precision and strategy
  • Provide in-depth product demonstrations, clinical presentations, and on-site technical support
  • Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, pipeline management, forecasting, proposal development, negotiation, and closing
  • Collaborate with clinical teams to ensure optimal product utilization and post-sales support
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform strategy and positioning

Requirements

  • A university graduate; medical or healthcare background is a strong advantage
  • 2+ years of sales or account management experience in the healthcare industry
  • Expert in MIS & ART markets
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and customer engagement skills
  • Strategic thinker with solid business acumen and the ability to manage multiple opportunities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with tools like Salesforce, Sage, or CRM platforms
  • High commercial acumen with strong pipeline and territory management capability
