Multinational Distributor of ICT Infrastructure and Technical Solutions require a Junior Account Manager to join their dynamic Sales Team. Duties include :-
- Acquire New Clients and identifying business opportunities

- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets

- Present, promote, and sell products/services to prospective customers using persuasive communication and negotiation skills

- Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with clients to close deals

- Address objections and provide solutions to secure customer commitment

- Ensure all sales agreements are documented accurately and processed promptly

- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, industry trends, and Clients needs

- Build and maintain strong relationships with Clients and partners

- Analyse competitor activity to develop unique value propositions

- Develop and implement strategies to penetrate untapped regions and different sectors or new Clients

- Work closely with cross-functional teams to align solutions with Clients needs and business goals

- Monitor and report on competitive market information

- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking events to generate leads and raise brand awareness

- Effective Client account management
- Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing and on boarding new Clients
- Provide exceptional after-sales service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Maintain accurate records of Client interactions, sales activities, and forecasts using CRM tools
- Prepare sales reports to track progress, analyse trends, and measure performance against targets
- Provide feedback to management regarding Client needs, market dynamics, and sales strategies
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities on the required reporting systems
- Maintain call reports
