Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA Administrator & Support Analyst to provide application support, system administration, business analysis, user training, and continuous improvement for SAP S/4HANA and SAP Concur. The role will serve as the primary liaison between business users and support partners, ensuring stable operations, efficient business processes, and high user satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide Level 1 and Level 2 support for SAP S/4HANA and SAP Concur users.
- Manage incidents, service requests, root-cause analysis, and issue resolution.
- Support SAP Finance (FI/CO), Procurement (MM), Sales (SD), Asset Accounting, and related business processes.
- Administer SAP Concur Expense and Travel Management solutions.
- Configure workflows, approval hierarchies, expense policies, and user access.
- Gather business requirements and prepare functional specifications.
- Coordinate UAT, testing, change requests, and enhancement deployments.
- Develop user manuals, SOPs, and training materials.
- Monitor application performance and coordinate with SAP implementation/support partners.
- Support month-end and year-end financial closing activities.
