Xeinadin, a UK accountancy and advisory group. Located in Quatre Bornes, it
provides accounting services such as management accounts, financial reporting,
and VAT support to UK clients, as part of a growing international network.
Job
Overview:
We
are looking for a Semi-Senior Accountant to support our expanding client
base. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of
managing multiple priorities within tight deadlines.
- Prepare management
accounts from information and documentation received from clients,
ensuring that all relevant deadlines are met.
- Prepare financial
statements with relevant notes as per FRS 102, ensuring compliance with
corporate and statutory requirements.
- Balance sheet
reconciliation, including maintenance of fixed asset register, VAT,
prepayments and accruals, investments and loans amongst others.
- Maintain a full and
accurate audit trail by referencing documents in an organised manner for
all figures and information disclosed in a set of accounts.
- Prepare accurate and well
elaborated working paper files.
- Proper planning to
deliver accounts within time budgets and due date.
- Communication with UK
office regarding queries amongst others.
- Active adherence to
budget, strict deadlines and time management skills.
- Advise line manager of
any outstanding issues and provide timely updates regarding accounts in
progress.
Qualification
and Experience:
- ACCA partly qualified or
any other equivalent qualifications.
- Minimum 2
years’ experience.
- Working knowledge of
accounting software.
- Excellent communication
skills, both verbal and written English.
- Ability to work
independently and as part of a team.
Training
Inhouse Training will be provided.
