Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Must have worked or currently works with a real estate company
• Proven five 5 years’ experience as an accountant
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
• Proficiency in accounting software e.g., QuickBooks, SAGE is important
• Professional certification e.g., ICAN, ACCA
