Key Responsibilities
- Lead, inspire, and manage a large actuarial team across varying experience levels
- Oversee delivery of Life Insurance projects (valuations, reporting, capital, regulatory)
- Manage multiple client engagements, ensuring quality and timely delivery
- Build and maintain strong client relationships as a trusted advisor

Requirements
Qualifications:Experience:- 8–10 years’ actuarial experience, primarily in Life Insurance
- Proven track record within a consulting environment
- Experience managing teams and senior stakeholders
Key Skills:- Strong technical actuarial expertise
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-facing environment
