Senior Application Technologist

An established and fast-growing FMCG manufacturing organisation is seeking an experienced Senior Application Technologist to join its Research & Development team.

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬: 
✅ Degree or Diploma in Food Science, Food Technology, Consumer Science, Biotechnology, or a related field.
✅ 5+ years of experience within the beverage industry.
✅ Proven experience in beverage formulation and product development.
✅ Strong understanding of ingredients, flavour systems, processing methods, and manufacturing environments.
✅ Knowledge of food safety, quality assurance, and relevant regulatory requirements.
✅ Excellent project management and problem-solving abilities.
✅ Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
✅ Ability to work independently and within cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
