Job Details

Requirements 

  • Accounting degree/qualification 
  • 5+ years experience required 
  • Experience using various accounting systems 
Duties: 
  • Provide accounting services and perform capturing tasks (Journals) up to trial balance for all owned companies.
  • Manage financial records, reconcile accounts, and ensure accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
  • Assist with financial reporting and analysis, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Manage Intercompany Transfers.
  • Maintain accounts receivable and accounts payable records, manage invoicing and payments, and reconcile financial transactions.
  • Manage documentation and records, ensuring proper organisation, storage, and retrieval of information.
  • Monitor statutory timelines and submissions, ensuring compliance with tax, regulatory, and reporting requirements.
  • Prepare and file necessary documents and reports with relevant authorities.
  • General administration duties related to managing the finance sector.
  • Perform debtor analysis on long o/s debt.
  • Perform analysis of cost centre/income statement accounts to look for discrepencies/errors.
