A market‑leading organization within the manufacturing and wholesale sector, based in Sandton, is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join its Head Office team. This role plays a central part in driving business improvement, ERP optimisation, and operational transformation across finance, operations, and trading environments.

From system enhancements and upgrades to automation and large‑scale transformation projects, you’ll be at the heart of initiatives that drive real, measurable change across the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather and document business and system requirements
  • Analyse processes and identify improvement opportunities
  • Drive process optimisation and automation initiatives
  • Support and enhance ERP systems and platforms
  • Participate in system upgrades, implementations, and enhancements
  • Manage SIT, UAT, defect tracking, and solution testing
  • Ensure business requirements are delivered effectively
  • Liaise with stakeholders, users, and external software providers
  • Deliver user training and ongoing system support
  • Support project delivery, timelines, and risk management
  • Assist with governance, audit, and compliance requirements
  • Improve reporting, system utilisation, and operational efficiency

Job Experience and Skills Required:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field
  • 3–5 years’ experience as a Business Analyst
  • Strong ERP experience, preferably K8 (Kerridge) or Syspro
  • Exposure to financial systems and reporting
  • Experience within manufacturing, wholesale, retail, or distribution industries
  • Proven experience in process analysis, system design, and implementation
  • Understanding of project management methodologies
  • Exposure to automation, integration tools, and data‑driven solutions
  • Experience with ERP upgrades, digital transformation, or large‑scale system projects
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem‑solving ability
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Ability to challenge processes and drive meaningful change
  • Comfortable operating across both technical and business environments
