SENIOR CONVEYANCING ATTORNEYBRYANSTONMARKET RELATED SALARY, DEPENDING ON EXPERIENCEThe Senior Conveyancing Attorney is responsible for managing a portfolio of property transfers and related property transactions while leading a team of conveyancing paralegals and support staffThe incumbent will play a key role in business development, client relationship management, and the growth of the firm's conveyancing practice
Minimum requirements:
- LLB degree, and Admitted Attorney of the High Court of South Africa
- Admitted Conveyancer and Notary
- At least 5 years' post-admittance experience
- Proven experience managing a team of conveyancing paralegals and administrative staff
- Demonstrated ability to manage high-volume conveyancing transactions
- Established professional network and existing client base within the property industry
- Experience in business development and marketing of legal service
- Manage and oversee all aspects of property transfers, sectional title transactions, developments, and related conveyancing matters
- Ensure compliance with all legislative, regulatory, and professional requirements
- Provide legal advice and guidance to clients, property practitioners, developers, financial institutions, and other stakeholders
- Monitor transaction progress and ensure adherence to service level standards
- Resolve complex conveyancing and property law matter
- Team leadership and management
- Business development and marketing
- Client relationship management
