Senior Credit Marketer

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive growth of the company’s loan portfolio.
  
• Identify, acquire, and onboard new clients while maintaining strong relationships with existing customers.
  
• Structure credit facilities in line with client needs and the company’s risk guidelines.
  
• Monitor and manage assigned loan portfolios to ensure performance aligns with default risk targets.
  
• Uphold high professional and ethical standards in all client interactions and credit processes.

Requirements:

• A bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, business administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in credit marketing, lending, or financial services.
• Strong knowledge of credit analysis and risk assessment principles.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding loan portfolio targets.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure to meet deadlines.
