Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of 4 Data Scientists
  • Develop and implement predictive models and advanced machine learning solutions
  • Translate complex technical concepts into clear insights for business stakeholders
  • Engage confidently with both technical and non-technical audiences
Minimum Requirements:
  • Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, or a related quantitative field (Honours or higher preferred)
  • 4+ years’ experience within a Data Science environment
  • Technically strong Data Scientist with a solid analytical foundation
  • IFRS 9 experience is essential
  • Exposure to / experience in Artificial Intelligence (AI)
Technical Environment:
  • Strong proficiency in Python
  • Experience working with cloud platforms (Azure and AWS)
