Employment Information

Do you enjoy building automated systems, designing predictive models, and acting as a strategic advisor to leadership teams? If so, this opportunity could be the right fit for you.

An ambitious and fast-growing manufacturing business is on a path to triple its revenue over the next three years. To support this growth, the organization is building a scalable, automated financial infrastructure capable of handling increased manufacturing complexity, international packaging compliance requirements, and subsidiary integration without a corresponding increase in administrative workload.

As the Senior Financial Controller, you will own the forward-looking financial agenda. While the Finance Manager oversees historical accounting and day-to-day financial operations, your focus will be on planning, forecasting, financial systems, strategic decision-making, and process automation. This role is ideal for a systems builder who enjoys creating efficient financial frameworks and mentoring finance professionals.

● Lead major compliance and regulatory initiatives from design through implementation.

Strategic Business Partnering (25%)
● Serve as a trusted financial advisor to senior leadership.

● Support strategic planning, investment decisions, growth initiatives, and risk management.
Mentorship & Leadership (10%)
● Provide coaching and guidance to the Finance Manager, supporting their professional growth and strategic development.
● Foster a collaborative finance function through influence and mentorship rather than direct operational management.
● Promote best practices and continuous improvement across financial processes.
