Our client is looking for a Senior Foreman (Finishing/Structural) to join they team
Minimum requirements:
- Minimum 7 Years Experience
- Fluent in English and Afrikaans (additional ethnic languages advantageous)
- Must have experience in Multi Storey Concrete Structures, Setting out and Vertical Controls of High Rise Buildings and Quality Control
- Full knowledge of all wet trades
- Electrical
- Plumbing
- HVAC Etc.General Knowledge on all Specialist Trades
- Good Communication Skills with Subcontractors and Labour Force
- Monitor safety and compliance on-site according to OHS Act and Company Safety Standards
