Key Responsibilities

Brand Management

Our client is looking for a candidate who can:
  • Support the implementation of brand strategies and ensure consistent brand application across all company and associated brands.
  • Create, manage, and distribute content across multiple communication channels, ensuring messaging is engaging, accurate, and aligned with brand guidelines.
  • Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns from concept through to completion.
  • Manage digital marketing activities, including social media platforms, website content, and online engagement initiatives.
  • Develop marketing collateral, presentations, brochures, and promotional materials.
  • Source and manage branded merchandise, apparel, and promotional items, including inventory control and distribution.
  • Coordinate external suppliers, designers, printers, photographers, and other service providers as required.
  • Assist with the planning and execution of corporate events, conferences, exhibitions, sponsorships, and internal functions.

Public Relations

The successful candidate will:
  • Draft press releases and corporate communications.
  • Monitor media coverage and support reputation management initiatives.

Internal Communications

Responsibilities include:
  • Coordinating internal communication initiatives to keep employees informed, engaged, and aligned with organisational objectives.
  • Developing internal newsletters and employee communication materials where required.
  • Ensuring consistency of messaging across business units and regions.

Stakeholder Management

The role requires the ability to:
  • Build and maintain positive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders, suppliers, and business partners.
  • Ensure clear, consistent, and timely communication across all marketing and communication activities.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to support broader business objectives.

Market Analysis and Reporting

The successful candidate will:
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments.
  • Gather and analyse marketing performance data and provide actionable insights.
  • Identify opportunities to improve campaign performance and audience engagement.
  • Prepare regular reports and updates for the Director of Marketing.

Budget and Administration

Key responsibilities include:
  • Supporting budget tracking and supplier management to ensure cost-effective delivery of marketing initiatives.
  • Managing budget-related administrative processes as required.
  • Ensuring marketing projects are delivered within approved budgets and agreed timelines.

Requirements

Our client is looking for candidates who possess:
  • A Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in marketing and communications roles.
  • A proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
  • Experience working with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies, tools, and best practices.
  • An understanding of market trends, consumer behaviour, and content marketing principles.
  • Knowledge of brand management and public relations practices.
  • Demonstrated experience across all disciplines relevant to the responsibilities of this role.
