  • Develop and execute annual marketing strategy aligned with revenue targets.
  • Position the brand as a premium, authorized 3S Sales, Service, Spare Parts dealership group.
  • Lead all ATL, BTL, and experiential activations.
  • Oversee production of Online campaign, Reels, Radio, Outdoor, Social & Digital content, Showroom branding
  • Lead all vehicle launches, develop pricing communication strategy in collaboration with Sales and coordinate with OEM partners on brand assets and guidelines.
  • Support dealership marketing plans nationwide, standardize showroom branding and customer journey experience
  • Increase service retention, promote genuine spare parts, design service campaigns maintenance packages, warranty extensions.
  • Oversee CRM strategy integration with Sales, improve, lead response time, conversion tracking, customer lifecycle communication, use data analytics to inform budget allocation.
  • Create dashboards for weekly performance reporting
  • Manage annual marketing budget efficiently.
  • Evaluate and manage agencies, production houses, and media partners.
  • Build and mentor high-performing marketing team.
  • Drive accountability and performance culture.
