Key Responsibilities
- independently lead a team of engineers and support staff
- reviewing contractor’s technical documentation
- co-ordination of services
- monitoring progress of works
- ensuring designs are being correctly interpreted
- carrying out independent verification that the works are completed in accordance to specifications and appropriate construction techniques are being utilised.
Requirements
- degree qualified
- ERB Professional Registration
- fully conversant with current international standards and best engineering practices
- having wide-ranging experience in the planning, detailed design, specification and contract administration of technically complex projects.
- at-least 15-20 years post graduate experience, 8 years of which shall have been at Senior Engineer level reporting to Director/ Principal Engineer in a Consultancy Practice, as appropriate, HVAC systems, fire protection, solar water heating, water & sanitation services, etc.
