Responsibilities:
Business Development & Sales
- Identify and secure new advertising and media revenue opportunities
- Build and maintain relationships with marketing agencies, brands, and key decision-makers
- Generate new client meetings through networking, referrals, prospecting, and outreach activities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets
- Maintain an active pipeline of opportunities and provide accurate sales forecasting
- Negotiate commercial agreements and close new business opportunities
Client Relationship Management
- Manage and grow existing client accounts
- Understand client objectives and recommend suitable digital marketing solutions
- Develop customised proposals and presentations aligned to client needs
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients regarding digital advertising and media opportunities
- Ensure exceptional service delivery and client satisfaction
Digital Media & Campaign Solutions
- Present digital advertising, branded content, audience targeting, programmatic, and performance marketing solutions
- Work closely with internal campaign, creative, and operations teams to ensure successful campaign delivery
- Monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities for additional revenue growth
- Stay informed on digital media trends, technologies, and competitor activity
Reporting & Administration
- Maintain CRM and sales activity records
- Track revenue performance against targets
- Prepare client proposals, presentations, and reports
- Participate in sales meetings and business planning activities
Requirements:- Tertiary qualification in Digital Media, Marketing, Communications or Advertising
- 5+ years' experience in media sales, digital advertising sales, business development, or account management
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Experience selling programmatic, AdTech, audience targeting, data, media, martech, or digital advertising solutions
- Established relationships within leading media agencies, brands, advertisers, and marketing decision-makers
- Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel
