We are looking for a dedicated Senior Sales Manager to join Alamdar Aluminium & Glass Ltd.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales growth by visiting construction sites and engaging with prospective clients on-site
- Conduct regular field visits across all operational areas in Kampala to assess client needs and maintain service quality.
- Develop and manage high-level client relationships.
- Coordinate with the technical team to ensure site requirements are met.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a senior sales or business development role, preferably within the construction or building materials industry.
- Willingness to travel extensively to various project sites.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
