Senior Security Site Supervisor – Lusaka Location:

• Full-Time We are looking for an experienced Senior Security Site Supervisor to lead and manage site security operations at our Lusaka location.

This role requires a proactive leader who can ensure the safety and security of personnel, assets, and facilities through effective supervision and operational management. Key Responsibilities Lead daily security operations and supervise security officers to ensure compliance with site security protocols.

Conduct regular security assessments, vulnerability reviews, and site inspections. Monitor and manage access control systems, CCTV, and other security technologies.

Investigate security incidents, losses, thefts, and breaches promptly and thoroughly. Oversee security contractors and service providers to maintain high standards.

Coordinate emergency responses and maintain incident reporting procedures. Ensure adherence to company policies, legal requirements, and security procedures.

Maintain accurate records of security activities, incidents, and visitor logs. Prepare detailed security reports and provide recommendations to management.

Qualifications and Experience Full Grade 12 Certificate. Diploma or Degree in Security Management, Risk Management, Criminology, Law Enforcement, Military Science, or related fields.

At least 7 years of relevant security experience, including 5 years in a supervisory or management capacity. Experience in multi-site, industrial, mining, logistics, warehouse, or heavy equipment environments preferred.

Proficient in physical security, investigations, loss prevention, contractor management, access control, and emergency response. Strong knowledge of CCTV, access control, and incident management systems.

Valid Driver’s Licence. Excellent report writing, data analysis, and Microsoft Office skills.

Outstanding communication, organizational, and leadership abilities. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, demonstrating high integrity and professionalism.

Central Condition Monitoring Analyst – Kitwe Location:

• Full-Time The Central Condition Monitoring Analyst will support maintenance planning and execution by analysing machine health data and recommending preventive interventions.
• This position is critical in ensuring equipment reliability and operational efficiency.
• Key Responsibilities Provide technical support to maintenance planners for preventive maintenance scheduling and execution.
• Manage oil sampling data and recommend appropriate maintenance interventions.
• Implement and close out condition monitoring recommendations in collaboration with customers.
• Analyse telematics and machine health data to identify trends and potential issues.
• Aggregate data to inform preventive maintenance strategies.
• Utilize available tools and technology to optimize maintenance recommendations.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and share best practices.
• Manage VIMS data reports and monitor machine health information.
• Proactively address customer maintenance backlogs.
• Provide initial data analysis for component root-cause investigations.
• Qualifications and Experience Full Grade 12 Certificate.
• Diploma or Advanced Technician Certificate in Heavy Equipment Repair or equivalent.
• Minimum of 5 years practical experience working with earthmoving machinery.
• Sound understanding of machine operations, component systems, and reliability principles.
• Experience with telematics, VIMS, and machine health data analysis.
• Strong report writing, communication, numerical reasoning, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Power BI applications.
• Engineering qualifications and technical analyst experience are advantageous.
