Key Responsibilities:
- Provide advanced technical support across critical systems and applications
- Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve complex incidents and service requests
- Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to identify root causes and implement long-term fixes
- Monitor system performance and proactively identify potential issues
- Contribute to process improvements, documentation, and system optimization
- Mentor junior consultants and share technical knowledge across the team
Job Experience and Skills Required:Education
Relevant IT qualification (Degree or Diploma)
Experience
- Proven experience in a Senior Support Consultant / Application Support / Technical Support role
- Strong exposure to enterprise-level environments
- Experience supporting complex systems, integrations, or platforms
- Advantageous: experience working closely with development teams or in DevOps environments
Skills
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical thinking
- Exposure to modern IT environments (exact tech stack to be discussed)
- Solid understanding of databases, system integrations, or application architecture
- Excellent communication skills – able to liaise between technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to work independently and within a collaborative team
