This role is ideal for a technically strong leader who enjoys balancing hands on expertise with team management and delivery oversight. You will be responsible for guiding a team of developers, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope and to a high standard. You will act as the link between technical teams, project stakeholders and clients, ensuring clear communication and alignment throughout the delivery process. This opportunity offers the chance to work on enterprise level solutions, influence technical direction and play a key role in delivering impactful document management platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of developers to ensure strong performance and delivery standards
- Oversee project delivery including timelines, scope and quality of output
- Manage workload allocation and track team productivity against key deliverables
- Ensure development solutions meet business and customer requirements
- Provide technical oversight and resolve complex issues across development projects
- Engage with stakeholders and clients to communicate progress and gather requirements
- Monitor performance and present reports to senior management
Job Experience and Skills Required:- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
- Relevant certifications such as project management or ITIL are advantageous
- Minimum 5 years experience working with document management platforms and system integration
- At least 3 years experience in a technical leadership or management role
- Proven experience delivering enterprise content or document management solutions
- Strong background in full stack development and integrations
- Experience managing end to end project delivery and stakeholder engagement
- Strong leadership and team development capability
- Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non technical stakeholders
- Strong problem solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver consistent results
