We are looking for an experienced SEO & Organic Growth Specialist to take ownership of our organic traffic strategy and performance. This is a hands-on role focused on growing high-intent, commercial keyword traffic that drives leads and revenue.
The ideal candidate is highly independent, commercially minded, technically strong in SEO, and capable of building and executing a long-term organic growth strategy without constant direction.
Alongside SEO, the role also includes supporting and maintaining our WordPress websites built using Elementor.
Key Responsibilities
SEO Strategy & Organic Growth
- Develop and execute a clear SEO strategy focused on commercial and high-converting keywords
- Identify opportunities to increase rankings, traffic, and lead generation
- Continuously improve organic visibility across key landing pages and categories
- Prioritise SEO activities based on commercial impact and ROI
Technical SEO
- Conduct technical SEO audits and implement fixes
- Monitor and improve:
- Site speed and Core Web Vitals
- Crawlability and indexation
- Internal linking
- Schema markup
- Redirects and canonicalisation
- XML sitemaps and robots.txt
- Work with WordPress and Elementor to optimise technical performance
Keyword Research & Competitor Analysis
- Perform ongoing keyword research focused on commercial intent
- Identify keyword gaps and content opportunities
- Analyse competitors’ rankings, backlink profiles, and SEO strategies
- Track and report on ranking improvements and opportunities
Backlink Acquisition & Authority Growth
- Develop and execute ethical backlink acquisition strategies
- Build relationships for outreach and link opportunities
- Identify and secure high-quality backlinks that improve domain authority and rankings
WordPress & Elementor Website Support
- Manage and maintain WordPress websites
- Support Elementor page updates and improvements
- Ensure pages are SEO-friendly and technically optimised
- Troubleshoot website issues and coordinate fixes where required
Reporting & Performance
- Monitor SEO KPIs including:
- Organic traffic
- Rankings
- Conversions/leads
- Technical health
- Backlink growth
- Provide regular reporting and actionable insights
- Recommend improvements based on data and performance trends
