NetOne Cellular (Private) Limited seeks to recruit highly motivated, outstanding and results oriented individuals to fill the following positions.

Service Desk Engineer
Reports to the IT Service Desk Specialist
Key job purpose is to provide first-and second-line technical support to internal users and customers, troubleshooting hardware, software, network and application issues.

Principal Job Responsibilities
1. Serves as first point of contact for incoming support requests;
2. Triages, diagnoses and resolves incidents related to desktop/laptop hardware, printers, mobile devices, operating systems, productivity applications (Microsoft 365, Google Workspace), VPN and remote access, and common business applications;
3. Escalates incidents to appropriate teams (network, server, application, security) when required and follow up to ensure timely resolution.

Qualifications and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent,
Certification in any two of the following is a must. (CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, ITIL 4 Foundation, Microsoft 365, Apple Support certification);
A minimum of 2 years relevant working experience.
