JOB SUMMARY
Qualifications & ExperienceDiploma or Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related fieldMinimum 5 years of experience in interior finishes, construction materials, or architectural product salesProven experience in client-facing sales within a showroom or construction-related environmentStrong ability to read and interpret architectural and interior drawingsExcellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skillsComfortable working with sales targets and performance-driven roles
RESPONSIBILITIES
Client Engagement & SalesAttend to walk-in and scheduled showroom clientsUnderstand client needs, budgets, and design requirementsRecommend suitable mouldings, wall finishes, and decorative architectural solutionsPrepare quotations and actively drive sales to close transactionsBuild and maintain relationships with homeowners, interior designers, architects, and contractorsAchieve showroom sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growthProduct Advisory & Technical SupportInterpret architectural and interior drawings to recommend appropriate productsAdvise clients on product selection, finishes, and installation considerationsAssist clients in developing finish schedules and material selectionsProvide guidance on product combinations and design aestheticsDocumentation & CoordinationPrepare quotations, specifications, and supporting documentationMaintain accurate records of client interactions and project requirementsCoordinate with the sales, QS, and stores teams for order processing and deliveriesFollow up on quotations, revisions, and after-sales support
