Monitor and inspect quality of civil works, towers, equipment rooms, supporting infrastructure, and installation of main equipment.

Enhance construction processes and procedures.

Train and guide construction teams to follow standardized site practices.

Assist the Project Manager in managing on-site affairs.
Cross-Discipline Coordination
Technical Debugging Support
Professional Knowledge
Strong understanding of telecommunications industry principles.
Familiarity with integrated delivery models, including contracts, subcontracting, procurement, and business processes.
Ability to perform high-altitude work and effectively manage site EHS (Environment, Health & Safety).
Competence in supervising construction activities and ensuring compliance.
Business Skills
Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn.
Strong leadership with excellent communication, teamwork, and organizational coordination abilities.
Results-oriented, with the ability to drive progress and motivate teams.
Prior experience in team or project management is highly desirable.
