Site Fitter and Team Supervisor

Site Supervisor/Fitter require for a renowned property company based in East London

Experienced and innovative Site Fitter and Team Supervisor to oversee all aluminium products installations on sites. The successful site supervisor/fitter should be quality-oriented and knowledgeable of building codes and construction safety regulations regarding aluminium

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years experience as a Site Fitter or similar role
• Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role
• Valid drivers license and OWN reliable transport

Responsibilities:

• Supervise the installation and fitting of aluminium products manufactured for installation, shopfront doors, windows, stack doors etc
• installation could include removal of any exiting products and preparation for fitting of new products
• Following fitting schedules and drawings issue by client/manager
• alterations of any products on site which require so
• enforcing with the team and adhering to all safety protocols whilst working on site
• maintenance of any products needed on site
• Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with the required company standard and quality checks
• Monitor and maintain the quality of work performed by the fitting team
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times
